本故事讲述了一个苗族姑娘翠菊为了买一件红棉袄做出许多努力的故事。由于家庭困难，婆婆用其珍贵的银耳环给翠菊买了这件红棉袄，但街上已经售空了。在翠菊和婆婆寻找之际，翠菊发现婆婆缺了一个耳环，她感恩婆婆的照顾，想要用自己拾到的钱来赎回耳环。银匠对翠菊的真心打动，退还了耳环。在下雪的路上，翠菊也遇到了卖气球的小商贩，把他掉落的钱还给他，商贩又给了翠菊一些气球。最终，翠菊举着气球高兴地回家，传达了她纯洁无瑕的心灵和善良的品质。 展开全部
